General Conditions of Sale and Life
1 - Reception and Departures : Reception is from 5 p.m. At 9 p.m., without any news from you, the reservation is canceled. Accommodation must be vacated by 10 a.m. on the day of departure.
2 - Other conditions : Free Wi-Fi. Access to the private garden. Baby cots, bathtubs and high chairs are loaned free of charge for children under 3, subject to availability of equipment. Please report any broken, broken or damaged device. Out of respect for the neighbors and with regard to the legislation, you are requested to limit the noise after 10 p.m. Smoking is prohibited in the house; ashtrays are available outside, in the garden and on the terraces. Our animal friends are not accepted. Any behavior that does not comply with these living conditions will lead us to ask you to leave our house without any reimbursement or compensation.
Rooms: All our rooms are equipped with a private bathroom.Breakfast and linen (bed and toilet) are included in the price. Please do not eat in the rooms. Access to the rooms is exclusively reserved for customers who stay there. Breakfast is served from 8 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.
Gîtes: An inventory will be made with us on your arrival and departure. In the event of damage to the premises or the furniture or equipment, you will be billed an amount equivalent to the costs of repair or renewal of equipment.
3 - Reservation :
Rooms: Stays are guaranteed only when your credit card number (CB) has been deposited on the website through its booking tool.
Gîtes: Stays are guaranteed only when your credit card number has been deposited on the website through its booking tool, and a deposit of 30% of the amount of the stay will be taken. This amount will not be refunded (see cancellation policy).
For reservations in rooms or cottages not using our Internet platform with guarantee by credit card, the reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of an amount corresponding to 30% of the price of the stay.
Your reservation is nominative and cannot in any case be transferred to a third party, either free of charge or for a fee.
In all cases, a booking confirmation will be sent to you by e-mail.
4 - Payment : We accept payments in cash, by bank card (except American Express), but payments by bank check and holiday check are no longer accepted.
Rooms: You will pay the amount of the stay on site.
Gîtes: The balance of the stay must be paid 2 weeks before the start of the rental. In the case of an online reservation guaranteed by your credit card number, we will charge you the amount of the balance of the stay at that time.For a reservation made outside the Internet platform, please send us the balance by bank transfer preferably, or by bank check made out to ""C2PDL SAS"".
Consumption and additional services not mentioned when booking will be paid at the end of your stay.
The tourist tax is a local tax that you will have to pay on the spot: we then pay it back to the Treasury. It amounts to € 0.80 per adult per night for guesthouses and € 0.90 per adult per night for lodgings.
5 - Cancellation and reimbursement :
5-1 - Cancellation by the client:
5-1-1 Cancellation before the start of the stay: The cancellation of the reservation can be made by phone or email, according to the following cancellation conditions:
Your cancellation conditions in ROOMS
- More than 14 days before 0% of the amount of the reservation is due
- From 7 to 14 days before 30% of the amount of the reservation is due
- Between 7 days and the reservation date 100% of the reservation amount is due
Your cancellation conditions in GITES
- More than 90 days before 0% of the reservation amount is due, your deposit will be refunded
- 90 to 30 days before 30% of the reservation amount is due
- From 30 to 14 days before 50% of the amount of the reservation is due
- Between 14 days and the reservation date, 100% of the reservation amount is due
- In the case of an online reservation guaranteed by your credit card number: the sum due at the time of cancellation, will be taken by the use of your credit card which served as a guarantee.
- In the case of a reservation not using our Internet platform with guarantee by credit card: please send us the amount due by bank transfer.
- In the event of reimbursement on our part, we undertake to carry out the latter without delay;
- Having read these General Conditions of Sale and Life before your reservation, you cannot oppose or dispute the payment of any penalties generated by your cancellation;
- We reserve the right not to proceed with the request for payment of the cancellation penalties, or to proceed to the refund of the deposit, following your cancellation on exceptional grounds of which we alone display control.
5-1-2 No show: if you do not show up before 9 p.m. on the scheduled day of the start of the stay, your reservation is canceled, 100% of your reservation remains due and we can again dispose of our accommodation.
5-1-3 In the event of a shortened stay, the price corresponding to the initial stay remains fully acquired.
5 - 2 - Cancellation by the owner: When we have to cancel a stay, we must inform you by email. Without prejudging recourse for compensation for any damage suffered, you will be reimbursed immediately for the sums paid.
6 Specific considerations COVID 19 &Cancellations
6 - 1 - In the event of declaration of illness during your stay in the establishment, it will be impossible for us to ensure a health quarantine imposed by the health authorities or your doctor. You will therefore be forced to shorten your stay with us, and we will be sorry. Very naturally we will reimburse you for the part of the stay not carried out.
6 - 2 - In the event of new restrictive health measures imposed by the authorities due to a pandemic (eg new confinement or restriction of movement), which would prevent you from carrying out the reserved stay in our establishment, we will suggest that you either shift your stay either to reimburse you.
